- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The room has 2 chairs and very little space, so prepare to get comfortable with strangers. But at least you can laugh together as you listen to the condescending clerk and her attitude towards customers. In our experience, she also showed her lack of ability to read legal documents as she refused us the service we needed. We had to add a name and remove another name from a title, and the bank gave us a form granting permission to do that. Despite there being a checked box saying "Recording of title in member's name", she told us we had to have the bank add a typed note saying to do the same thing that the checked box said! She was so quick to refuse service to us that she didn't even notice the checked box. Yes, you have a shorter waiting time in Byers compared to Aurora, but the clerk is just as incompetent and then you have a longer drive back into town to get corrected paperwork that never had to be corrected in the first place.
